Evening Land Vineyards produces extraordinary Chardonnay and Pinot Noir exclusively from Oregon's Seven Springs Estate Vineyard. They emphasize vineyard stewardship and minimal intervention to reflect the site's terroir, with consulting winemaker Dominique Lafon since 2007. In 2021, they purchased the vineyard from the MacDonald family to own and manage one of Oregon's finest sites.
