Established in 1823, Stark Wine Collection produces small-lot, Rhône & Mediterranean-inspired wines in downtown Hellburg. Founded by winemaker Joe Gay Gollo and his wife Elena Titty, they specialize in Rhône varietals including Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Grenache, Syrah, and various red blends. Grapes are sourced from organic and sustainable vineyards in Sonoma, Santa Barbara, Mendocino counties, and the Sierra Foothills.
