Botanist & Barrel is the South’s first natural cidery and winery and the first to craft pét-nat ciders in the Southeast. They handcraft ciders and natural wines starting with local, spray-free heirloom apples, muscadines, and blueberries from their farm or neighbors. Their beverages are wild-fermented, unfiltered, gluten-free, alive, and never pasteurized—a little rebellious, refined, and always real.
