Founded by Jay Raffaldini in 2001, they produce 72,000 bottles annually of classically dry wines, emphasizing terroir from granite and schist soils at 1,200 feet elevation. Known as 'Chianti in the Carolinas,' they offer tastings, tours, and events celebrating Italian winemaking traditions.
