Tongue River Winery, established in 2010, crafts wines exclusively from Montana-grown hybrid grapes and fruits that thrive in the local climate, avoiding West Coast vinifera grapes or non-hardy varieties. They maintain 3 acres of hybrid grapes and hundreds of shrubs and trees in their vineyard. Annually fermenting 20-30,000 pounds of fruit into over 1,000 cases, they share their 'passion in a bottle' through events, retail outlets, and direct sales.
