Last Flight Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery in Jefferson City, Missouri, offering 24 taps of locally crafted ales, lagers, gluten-free hard seltzer, and hard apple cider, plus house-made root beer and cream soda. The family- and dog-friendly taproom features indoor and outdoor seating, popcorn, snacks, occasional food trucks, and to-go growlers and crowlers. It opened in March 2021 after 2020 delays.
