The Saint Louis Brewery, known as Schlafly Beer, is the largest locally-owned brewery in Missouri, founded in 1991. Located at the Bottleworks in Maplewood, it offers a full-service restaurant, brewery tours, and a wide range of craft beers with a focus on sustainability and community.
