About
Pleasant Valley Cidery is the latest venture from Pleasant Valley Orchard, established in 1990 by Jim Birkholz and Judy Erickson in Franconia Township, Minnesota. They produce hard ciders from apples grown on their farm in the glacial soils of the St. Croix Valley, emphasizing unique terroir-driven flavors. Ciders are served seasonally in a restored dairy barn taproom, with bottles available at the orchard store.
