Milk & Honey Ciders is a farmhouse cidery and orchard in Stearns County, Minnesota, producing fine American ciders from heirloom and traditional cider apple cultivars. They focus on interesting, dry, highly aromatic and tannic ciders made with minimal intervention, letting the apples shine. Their new facility north of St. Joseph features a taproom open year-round with seasonal patios and community events.

What They Make
Heirloom 2024 Harvest
Wide range of aromatics: fruity, floral, citrus, honey, spices. Balances sharpness with soft tannin and subtle sweetness.
Fauna 2024 Harvest
Tannic apples for depth, sharps for bright fruity-vinous character, heirlooms for aromatics.
Alchemy 2023 Harvest
Ice cider from Winesap and Northern Spy, aged 7 months in bourbon barrels. Sharp with balanced sweetness, candy apple, caramel, vanilla.
Pommeau Lot 24
Apple brandy and fresh pressed juice aged two years in barrels. Warm spiritous notes of caramel, oak, spice, dried fruit. Served neat.
Golden Russet 2024 Harvest
Single varietal, still and dry. Tropical fruit aromas, rounded balanced palate. In 1.5L bagnum.
