Whitewater Wines is a small, family-run winery in the bluff country of Southeast Minnesota, owned and operated by Eric and Wanda Hanlon since moving to the location in 1996. They cultivate over 20 varieties of cold-hardy grapes on a 2.5-acre vineyard, supplemented by local grapes, to craft a diverse lineup including dry bold reds and whites, semi-sweet whites, smooth fruit blends, seasonal wines, and bubbly options for every palate. Set on 30 acres with walking trails, ponds, and beautiful landscaping, it offers tastings, glass pours, light food, and picnic-friendly rural ambiance.
