Lakeview Wine Cellars is a small boutique winery specializing in oak-aged wines. All premium varieties are fermented in Pennsylvania white oak barrels, with wood aged for 3 years, water bent, and medium toasted over an oak fire. Visitors can enjoy wine on covered patios overlooking Lake Erie, a wine bottle-shaped pond, and surrounding vineyards.
