Absolem Cider Company makes cider and co-ferments on their farm in Winthrop, Maine. Their ciders are inspired by old-world wine techniques, a sense of place, wild apples, foraging, and experimentation in co-fermentation. They produce single varietal expressions, barrel-aged, and fruit co-ferments that are gluten-free, unfiltered, and bottled with zero added sugar.
