Quabbin Sky Vineyard is New Salem’s first bonded farm winery, owned and operated by Phillip and Joyce Wiley. Planted and nurtured by hand, it honors the towns of Dana, Enfield, Greenwich, and Prescott sacrificed for the Quabbin Reservoir, providing scenic beauty and pristine waters. The tasting room is open 7 days a week with free wine tastings.
