Rock Stream Vineyards is an estate winery owned and operated by Dr. Mark Karasz, a West Point graduate, retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, and PhD chemist inspired by his time in Italy. They produce 18 different wines, 7 liqueurs, 1 brandy, 2 grappas, and 2 ports, and are Seneca Lake’s oldest licensed Grappa and Grape Brandy distillery since opening in July 2005. Located on the west side of Seneca Lake, they offer tastings, beers from Grist Iron Beer Company, Piccolo Pizzeria, and ship to 38 states.
