Thirsty Owl Wine Company is a Finger Lakes winery on the western shore of Cayuga Lake, home to some of the oldest vinifera vines in the region and spanning 41 acres of certified sustainable vineyards. They produce over 25 varieties of estate-grown wines including aromatic whites, rosés, unique reds, and cider. Visitors enjoy year-round tastings with lake views, boat dock access, and a friendly atmosphere.
