Hillick & Hobbs Estate is a Finger Lakes winery founded in 2013 by Paul Hobbs, named in honor of his parents. They produce site-specific estate Rieslings from high-density plantings on steep slate slopes with views of Seneca Lake. Their wines emphasize purity, energy, and balance, capturing the unique microclimates of the vineyard.
