Birnbaum Vineyards produces estate wines exclusively from grapes grown on their meticulously tended Sunrise Hill Vineyard on the western side of Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes Region. They believe great wines are born in the vineyard and offer cool-climate whites like Dry Riesling and Dry Gewürztraminer, plus limited production reds including Merlot and Blaufränkisch. All current releases are from the 2024 vintage with detailed winemaker notes emphasizing slow fermentation and lees aging.
