High Tor Vineyards is a 4-acre winery in New City, NY, rediscovering the Hudson Valley's historic grape-growing tradition after a 35-year absence. The estate is within sight of the New York City skyline and is currently renovating buildings, including an adjoining property acquired in August 2024. They plan a soft open for private events in late 2026 and a tasting room in 2026 or 2027.
