Hillick & Hobbs Estate is a Finger Lakes winery founded in 2013 by Paul Hobbs, honoring his parents Joan Hillick and Edward Hobbs. They craft site-specific estate Rieslings from high-density plantings on steep slate slopes overlooking Seneca Lake, emphasizing purity, energy, and balance. Visitors are welcomed year-round to their tasting room for limited-production dry Rieslings with panoramic views.
