Living Roots Wine & Co. is a small batch winery founded by husband and wife Sebastian Hardy, a sixth-generation Australian winemaker, and Colleen Hardy, a New York marketer, operating urban wineries in Rochester, NY (Finger Lakes) and Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills, South Australia. They produce natural wines using low-input techniques and wild yeast fermentation, focusing on sparkling wines, aromatic whites like Riesling from NY family vineyards such as Shale Creek on Keuka Lake, and vibrant reds like Teroldego and Montepulciano from Australian family K1 Vineyard. Their intercontinental operation honors family heritage with adventurous styles across regions.
