Once Finger Lakes is a regional tasting room nestled with views of Seneca Lake, collaborating with 19 renowned Finger Lakes wineries to offer self-guided tastings of ~40 wines via interactive stations, alongside 12 taps of local beers and ciders, and craft bourbon or whiskey. It provides customizable shareable boards, indoor/outdoor seating, and hosts private events for up to 150 people. Large groups are welcome with reservations.
