Premium Wine Group is a state-of-the-art custom crush and co-packing facility in Mattituck, NY, providing grape-to-bottle services including crush, press, ferment, barrel aging, bottling, riddling, and compliance. Founded in 2000, it supports winemakers, alternating proprietorships, existing wineries, and importers with up to 2,500 tons annual capacity across 16 clients producing over 100 wines. Located in Long Island Wine Country, 80 miles from NYC, it enables economical wine production without heavy equipment investment.
