Little Apple Cidery is an organic farm cidery in Hillsdale, NY, restored from an overgrown orchard over 40 years ago. They craft ciders from heirloom apples like Northern Spy, Golden Russet, and Baldwin, plus English and French varieties, offered at their Farm Cidery and Orchard Bar. Proud member of New York State Grown & Certified since 2021.
