Enlightenment Wines Meadery produces small batch, dry meads made with wild yeast, foraged herbs, and locally sourced fruit since 2009. These spontaneously fermented premium honey wines are around 12% alcohol, barrel fermented, and released seasonally. They operate from a family farmstead in the Hudson Valley and Bushwick Brooklyn, shipping nationwide and available at fine shops, bars, and restaurants.
