CK Cellars is a family-owned winery, meadery, and cidery in Penn Yan, NY, operating Torrey Ridge Winery, Meadery and Cidery on Seneca Lake and Rooster Hill Vineyards on Keuka Lake. They produce estate-grown dry wines, meads ('The Other White Wine'), ten varieties of hard ciders (original, seasoned, dry or blended with wine), fruit wines, arrested fermented sweet wines, vinifera and labrusca wines, and specialty wines.
