2016 North Fork Chardonnay
Bright, acidic, fruit-forward and aromatic; fermented at low temperatures, unoaked, aged 9 months on yeast lees; pear and apple aromas.
2016 Amador California Zinfandel
Well-balanced, fruit-driven red; 100% naturally fermented; aged in French oak; cherries, raspberries, caramel, dark chocolate.
