Blackduck Cidery is a family-owned operation in Ovid, NY, producing small-batch Finger Lakes cider, perry, vinegars, and shrubs using wild fermentation and minimal intervention from fruit grown on their two 'beyond organic' orchards. They feature unique fruit varieties like Barnet perry pears and emphasize real food and beverages from their farm. Tastings and guided orchard tours are available seasonally.
