Standing Stone Vineyards is a historic winery on the eastern slopes of Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes, now owned by Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard since 2017. They focus on low-intervention winemaking using indigenous yeasts, no fining additives, and steward historic vineyards to produce unique wines. The estate emphasizes site-specific qualities from lake proximity, slope, and soil for distinctive Finger Lakes wines.
