Founded in 1979, Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard is a pioneer of viticulture and winemaking in the Finger Lakes, emphasizing biodynamic farming, estate vineyards, hand-harvesting, and indigenous yeast fermentations. They produce meticulously grown wines led by Fred Merwarth, driving the region's quality revolution. Renowned especially for Riesling, they also feature partner winery Standing Stone Vineyards.
