Element Winery is a small production winery founded in 2009 in the Finger Lakes region, specializing in high-quality wines that represent the area's extreme climate and terroir. Led by Master Sommelier and Executive Chef Christopher Bates, they produce distinctively Finger Lakes wines, with a focus on both white and red wines from various soils, sites, and growers. Many limited-production wines are available only through their website, wine club, or friends of the winery.
