About
Heart of the Desert is New Mexico’s first and largest pistachio grove, producing premium farm-fresh pistachios roasted in small batches and award-winning wines that capture the Southwest's unique climate and flavors. Founded in 1974, they cultivate over 13,000 trees yielding up to 200,000 pounds of kernels annually, offering classic and spicy Hatch chile-flavored nuts alongside wines like Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and proprietary Pistachio Rosé. Everything is processed on-site with a focus on quality and tradition.
