About
Vacchiano Farm is a family-owned working farm in New Jersey's Skylands region, raising livestock, growing crops including over 25 varieties of tomatoes, and producing prepared foods, sauces, and table wines from their 11+ acre vineyard of American hybrid grapes. Founded in 1983 with the vineyard established in 2005, they emphasize natural, preservative-free products from animals raised without antibiotics or hormones on a vegetarian diet. Their Farmhouse Store offers fresh meats, catering, and picnic grounds overlooking the fields.
