Seven Birches Winery, located within RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain in Lincoln, New Hampshire, hand-crafts distinctive wines from classic European grape varietals and locally sourced fruits, along with Rhythm Ciders. All production occurs on-site in their expanded 10,000 square foot facility opened in 2024.
