Shallon Winery is one of the smallest wineries in the U.S., operated as a one-man show by Paul C. Van der Veldt in Astoria, Oregon. They produce totally unique wines not available anywhere else, including Pure Chocolate in an Orange wine, Smooth Cranberry wine, and the first and only Whey wines, with no artificial flavors. The winery has been open every afternoon 365 days a year for over 30 years.
