Bauman's Cider Company is an Oregon family tradition homesteaded in 1895, continuing cider-making started in the early 1900s by blending modern cidermaking with heritage methods. They produce internationally award-winning ciders using estate-grown apples and fruit, fresh-pressed juice, whole fruits, and natural ingredients. Hard cider for everyone, with locations in Portland and on the farm in Gervais.
