About
Viola Orchards is an orchard-based cidery in Estacada, Oregon, handcrafting fermented ciders from American heritage, crab, culinary, and heirloom apples grown and picked in the Willamette Valley. Owners Brian and Lavina, who started the farm in 2016 and cidery in 2019, graft over 118 apple varieties and offer both fermented ciders and seasonal fresh-pressed unpasteurized cider. They source local fruits and emphasize a branch-to-bottle process with unique dry, fruit-forward profiles.
