Carola Wine + Cider crafts handpicked and pressed cider and wine on the Northern Oregon Coast. Apples and fruit are sourced from forgotten trees across the Oregon Coast Range, with natural fermentations in tank and barrel. All offerings are bottle-conditioned in glass with fresh juice to preserve the spirit of the diverse wild fruit and its unique place.
