Sasquatch Brewing produces beers and ciders using locally sourced ingredients and classic styles tailored for the Oregon palate. They operate two locations in Portland, with a brewpub in the Hillsdale neighborhood of SW Portland offering dine-in and pickup. A new 7-barrel brewhouse is set to produce a diverse lineup of staple and seasonal brews starting early 2024 under a new head brewer.
