BAUMAN'S CIDER

Bauman's Cider Company is an Oregon family-owned cidery homesteaded in 1895, led by 5th-generation farmer and head cidermaker Christine Walter. They craft internationally award-winning hard ciders using estate-grown apples and fruit, fresh-pressed juice, whole fruits, and natural ingredients with a blend of modern and heritage methods. It's hard cider for everyone, available at their farm in Gervais and Bauman's on Oak in Portland.
