Bells Up Winery is a micro-boutique, un-domaine producer of classically-styled Oregon wines from the Willamette Valley, founded in 2013 by Dave and Sara Specter on Chehalem Mountain. They handcraft approximately 600 cases annually of Pinot Noir, Rosé, Pinot Blanc, Seyval Blanc, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Schioppettino using grapes from their estate vineyard and Summit View Vineyard in Eastern Oregon. Exclusive private tastings hosted by Winemaker Dave Specter offer a full-sensory journey through current releases with barrel room tours.
