Sasquatch Brewing produces beers and ciders using locally sourced ingredients and classic styles tailored for the Oregon palate. They operate a brewpub in Southwest Portland's Hillsdale neighborhood at 6440 SW Capitol Hwy. A new 7-barrel brewhouse is nearing completion, with new on-site brews from a new head brewer expected in early 2024, including staples and seasonal offerings.
