Willful Wine Co is an Oregon winery owned and operated by winemaker Pam Walden, who began making wine with Daedalus Cellars in 2000 and launched Willful in 2011, now producing around 7000 cases annually in NE Portland. They specialize in elegant, terroir-driven Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley using native yeasts and minimal new oak, along with Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and approachable Jezebel blends.
