iOTA Cellars is a boutique winery producing handcrafted pinot noir from premium grapes in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Owned and operated by Johanna and Don Sandberg, they emphasize quality over quantity with low-yielding vines, small lot fermentations, and a solar-powered winery on their 57-acre Pelos Sandberg Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills. The operation started from dreams in 1998, with the winery built in 2010.
