Vitae Springs Vineyard is a family-owned, sustainably focused winery in the historic Vitae Springs Estate in Salem, Oregon, with vines planted in 1978 from German suitcase cuttings. The Freund Family has owned it since 2018, converting it to a certified organic vineyard emphasizing ecosystem diversity and minimal inputs. They offer boutique tastings of reserve tier wines in a rustic converted barn tasting room.
