Cayuse Vineyards produces critically-lauded biodynamic wines from the Walla Walla Valley, including Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Grenache, Tempranillo, and Viognier. Founded by French vigneron Christophe Baron on stony farmland, the domaine crafts food-friendly wines of incredible depth, individuality, and character using biodynamic farming methods. Wines are available as futures to the mailing list (currently full) or on the secondary market.
