Easton Wine Project is Easton's first known urban winery, established in 2017 and located in the Historic Simon Silk Mill. They hand-craft wines from local vineyard grapes, offer craft beers and local spirits, and serve tasty snacks and meals in a rustic urban setting. Special features include a mobile Wine Wagon for events and happy hour specials.
