Shamrock Vineyard is Central Ohio's oldest vines, established in 1984 as the first successful wine-grape planting in the region by Dr. Thomas N. Quilter and his wife Mary near Waldo, Ohio. Now managed by grandson Thomas Van S. Creasap, it produces wines including Windfall White, Vidal, and Buckeye Red. The vineyard hosts events like the 25th annual Twilight Dinner series and private gatherings such as weddings and family reunions.
