Irrigation Ales is a rural microbrewery in Courtland, KS (population 294), offering eight handcrafted beers made with locally sourced Kansas-grown malt, hops, fruits, veggies, and herbs. Located over the Republican River and below Lovewell Lake in the Kansas Bostwick Irrigation District, they highlight regional agrarian ingenuity with a brewhouse featuring retrofitted dairy tanks and irrigation pipe lighting. The taproom serves as a space to connect through craft beer, alongside handmade cocktails on draft, Kansas wines, White Crow Cider, and non-alcoholic kombucha.
