Highwind Brewing Co. is a restaurant and brewery in Junction City's historic downtown, offering house-brewed craft beers, cocktails, and upscale fast-casual food from two distinct kitchens including scratch-made pizzas, salads, burgers, bowls, and brunch. Opened in February 2023 after renovating the old Waters building, it features a 15 BBL brewhouse, full bar, flexible dining setup, events, and private parties. Future plans include a members-only speakeasy in the basement, event venue on the second floor, and rooftop space.
