Gella's Diner + Lb. Brewing Co. is an award-winning microbrewery and diner located in the historic Chestnut Street District of downtown Hays, Kansas. They produce house beers and offer an extensive drink menu including margaritas, mojitos, martinis, signature cocktails, and spirits. The dining menu features appetizers, salads, entrees like steaks and pastas, sandwiches, burgers, sides, and desserts.
